What is a Channel and an Event Channel?
In general, a Channel is an info board (a set of documents, links and contacts arranged into folders) accessible with a specific password.
A Channel can be fully used throughout the year. An Event Channel is a specific channel for event organisers and is fully usable during the Event period of 30 days. A limited number of documents can also be posted in the Pre-event and Post-event periods.

⭐ Pre-event period - 20 documents can be posted from creating the event up to the Event period
✅ Event period (30 days before the event) - up to 500 documents can be posted
⭕ Post-event period - 10 more documents can be posted during 10 days - Series / championshipFor customers who run championships and events that belong to a series. Series is a smart way to logically group Event channels. Series has one password, shared across its Events. Users who login to the Series will see all the Events.
- Full-year channelTypically for club- or federation-shared documents. 500 documents can be posted equally throughout the year.

Feedback
Feedback is an additional feature to Sportity app which allows sending documents to selected individuals and teams and asking them for confirmation or just reply.
Polling
Asking users multiple choice questions. Polling allows organisers to get multiple choice answers to any kind of questions from the app users. Be it a preferred time for transfer pickup, best photo contest or just feedback on the event.This feature does not require the users to be logged in via Personal Documents feature.
